Glenn D Carver, founder of BBCC, is a successful CEO, published author, speaker, and trainer.
Glenn serves as the Executive Director/CEO for Shelter House, Inc. Shelter House is a Domestic Violence Center with an emergency shelter, 24-hour hotline, and variety of outreach advocacy services. Additionally Glenn has served in Pastoral Ministry; funeral industry; and social service leadership working as a House Manager, Case Manager, Director of Operations, and Foster Family Recruiter. Glenn has had the privilege to serve people at every stage of life from birth to death. He is not afraid to journey into tough challenges, having worked with sex offenders, victims of Human Trafficking, and Domestic Violence survivors. Seeing the value in an individual is the key to sharing the hope of transformation.

Michele Carver is a survivor of Domestic Violence and Spiritual Abuse. Michele navigated by God's grace raising 4 children in a home of domestic violence and substance abuse, seeking to protect her children and search for what true relationship with God meant. Finally, escaping this abusive relationship after more than 20 years, Michele has miraculously and marvelously discovered the grace of God in relationship with Jesus. It is her deepest desire to empower her children to healing and growth and inspire other women to escape abuse and be empowered to heal and grow.

Glenn and Michele were brought together by the grace of God in a second but wonderful marriage for both of them. Together they seek to walk along-side (helping bear others burdens) to bring education, empowerment, and encouragement through life and spiritual coaching. Burden Bearing Consulting and Coaching is an empowerment-based organization seeking to bring transformation through shared education, experience, and encouragement.

Glenn can come along-side to transform individuals through coaching and transform Teams through education and consulting. A seasoned trainer, leader, and coach, Glenn will customize programs to meet the needs of each individual and every Team.
